Welcome to Cherry Bomb Beauty! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking services, and aesthetic treatments. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
All appointments must be booked in advance via our That Time booking system, website, phone, or direct message.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours notice.
Late arrivals of more than 20 minutes may result in cancellation or reduced treatment time.
You must be at least 18 years old to receive aesthetic treatments.
It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for you.
Payments must be made in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, Klarna and ClearPay.
Refunds are not offered for completed treatments, but we may provide corrections or adjustments where appropriate.
In the case of a medical complication, we will assess solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations must be made at least 49 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within the required notice period may result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Results vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
Aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is your responsibility to follow them.
We are not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare or undisclosed medical conditions.
If a complication arises, please contact us immediately for support.
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
Any false claims, chargebacks, or fraudulent disputes will be reported and legally pursued.
All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Cherry Bomb Beauty and may not be copied or used without permission.
